Every 30 minutes, the Arduino sensor node on the farm transmits readings. By the time a buyer sees a listing, the quality score has already been computed from real hardware data.

Sensor reads the farm
The Arduino Uno reads soil moisture, temperature, humidity, light, and rainfall every 30 minutes. The DS3231 clock timestamps each reading precisely.
Quality score is computed
The QualityScoreEngine reads the last 24 hours of sensor data and computes a score from 0 to 100. The score updates on every listing automatically.
Harvest is forecast
After 28 days of sensor data, the system analyses temperature and moisture trends to predict the harvest window — before the farmer even posts a listing.
Buyer is notified
Registered buyers with matching pre-order alerts receive an automatic notification. They contact the farmer directly — no middleman, no delay.
